Natural Solution Labs – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.naturalsolutionlabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Natural Solution Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and your purchase of products through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Natural Solution Labs is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Gravette, Arkansas, registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the State of Arkansas. We manufacture and sell over-the-counter (OTC) drug products and related goods.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Site or purchase products. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Products; No Medical Advice
Products sold through the Site are over-the-counter products intended for use in accordance with their labeling. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. Always read and follow product labeling, and consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, take other medications, or are pregnant or nursing.
Statements regarding dietary supplements, where applicable, have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed quantity limits, contain pricing or product description errors, or cannot lawfully be fulfilled to the destination provided. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund of the amounts charged.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order and may be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on the destination; we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully ship.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is posted on the Site and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and software, is the property of Natural Solution Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with the operation or security of the Site; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; to scrape or harvest data from the Site; or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fraudulent payment information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTIES STATED ON PRODUCT LABELING OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURAL SOLUTION LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR ANY ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Solution Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Natural Solution Labs – Refund, Return, and Shipping Policy
Effective Date: June 9, 2026
This policy applies to purchases made through www.naturalsolutionlabs.com. Because we sell over-the-counter drug products, certain return restrictions apply for health and safety reasons.
1. Returns
• Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
• For health and safety reasons, opened products and products with broken seals or tamper-evident features cannot be returned or resold, and are not eligible for refund except as described under Damaged or Defective Products below.
• To start a return, contact us using the information below to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will, at our option, replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, at no cost to you.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we approve a refund for a damaged, defective, or cancelled order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Your card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return process described above.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Gravette, Arkansas, typically within [1–3] business days of order placement. Shipping carriers, service levels, costs, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on destination; if we cannot lawfully ship an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
